Kistler Tiffany Benefits‘ Director of Compliance Services’, Scott Wham, J.D., has been appointed to the National Association of Health Underwriter’s (NAHU) Legislative Council, where he will work closely with industry professionals from around the country to help advance national health care policy. Scott’s term began in July of 2018.
Since joining the Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ team in 2013, Scott has quickly proven himself to be a tremendous and invaluable asset to both KTB’s own staff and to clients. Engaging, energetic, and extremely driven, Scott has emerged as an expert in health care compliance, also serving on the board of the both the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU) and the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU). In addition to his duties with Kistler Tiffany Benefits’, including hosting seminars and webinars, one-on-one client meetings, and curating his series of monthly compliance updates, Scott is also a nationally recognized speaker and has been frequently invited to speak at events for professional organizations.
