Kistler Tiffany Benefits Welcomes Jim Brown to their Team

Kistler Tiffany Benefits is excited to welcome Jim Brown, as Director of Business Development. Brown was most recently a sales manager, in the Philadelphia region, for Entercom Communications Corporation, one of the nation’s largest radio station group owners.

Not only has he established an incredible track record of success throughout his illustrious career in media, but he is someone who operates with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and sincerity of anyone I have ever met. As Director of Business Development, Brown will be involved in several different aspects of the business, including managing the company’s sales team, which presently consists of over 40 employee benefit consultants, located in the company’s Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware offices. He will also look to generate new pipelines and revenue opportunities for the company as well as assist in recruiting new sales talent.

Before his most recent position with Entercom, Brown served as a Group Sales Manager for Beasley Media Group (formerly Greater Media), for more than a decade. Those station brands included WMGK, BEN-FM, WMMR and WPEN/97.5 The FANATIC. Other sales leadership roles include Traffic.com, CBS Television and Shadow Networks.

Jim has also been very active in the local sports community where he has served as a youth basketball and soccer coach for many years.

He received his bachelor’s degree in English from Penn State University. He resides in Ambler, PA, with his wife, Doreen. The couple have three grown children-Jim, Molly, and Jack.
