Member-to-Member “Shout Out”

We are happy to share with everyone that we now have a permanent home. For those of you who have known us for a number of years, you will realize that we have moved a lot. We have gotten extremely good at moving, but I am happy to report we finally have a permanent home for our headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. When the process started, I immediately looked to our BCA family for guidance. Chris Earley helped by inspecting the property. Ed Hutchinson and his team just installed new units and are supporting our HVAC systems. Paul Becker and his team at DDP roofing made sure the roof was in order and are servicing and maintaining our roof. The team over at Haefele Flanagan also made sure our new LLC was setup to handle the building and provided a great amount of guidance with the building purchase, financing and the solar project I am going to announce. I have also named the team at Emerson our favorite tenant.
I’m also excited to share that we will be helping the environment with the building. We have committed to going solar and our building will be 100% powered by the sun. We are turning our parking lot into a raised solar farm and also utilizing our roof. Paul and the DDP team will also be helping us with that project.
We will be having an open house once the solar project completes to welcome everyone to our home and also see the solar work completed. It is very exciting times here at PCS.
