Building a cultural framework for organizations is not easy and it should never end. There also are many ways to achieve goals, and sharing how some of you are working on this was very beneficial. Clearly, there’s a big difference in performance with companies who make this important in their organization. John New also referenced a good book he is reading, Building a Story Brand by Donald Miller.
