A Morning of Big Ideas with Sandeep Swadia

BCA members gathered a morning with Sandeep Swadia, whose unconventional journey—from homeless teenager to monk-in-training to MIT, Wall Street, CEO and investor—made for a speaker unlike any other.

Sandeep brought a unique perspective on leadership, success, failure and the rapidly changing world of AI, sharing lessons shaped by both his business experience and his very different path through life. With his mix of business insight, personal stories and a fresh take on what it means to lead and think clearly in an AI-driven world, it was a morning that gave BCA members plenty to think about long after the program ended.

PEI Kids is dedicated to fostering child-safe communities by delivering expert crisis, preventative, and intervention programs addressing personal safety, sexual abuse, and the overall well-being of vulnerable children.

Serving the community since 1985, PEI Kids works with some of the most vulnerable children in our community–child victims of sexual abuse, system-involved children in foster care and the juvenile justice system, and those impacted by violence, crime, abuse, neglect—providing evidence-based treatment and trauma-informed programs that promote healing, restore hope, and preserve the innocence of childhood.
