There was a great discussion at the CertaPro Painters of the Main Line Roundtable on Wednesday. The topic was going from “GOOD to GREAT”. Members had personal experiences and suggestions they shared including the importance of Company Culture, removing toxic employees, and rewarding the valued employees. Also discussed was the NPS (Net Promoter Score), a survey system used to evaluate overall customer satisfaction of your company.
