Extraordinary morning of camaraderie and inspiration with Johnny Crowder

It was a great morning with Johnny Crowder at our September Hospitality Breakfast, with every moment filled with enlightenment and warm conversations. Here’s a look back at the inspiring morning we shared together:

We were honored to have Johnny Crowder provide an inspirational talk that surely left an indelible mark on all attendees. Johnny’s words were a powerful reminder of the importance of the health and wellbeing of our employees and ourselves!

  • Your culture is paramount in combating mental health … don’t let your culture contradict your policies

  • Behave as a human with your teams
  • Ask non-work questions to your employees
  • don’t make people jump from zero to 100, bridge the conversation
  • Leading by example with mental health by humanizing yourself with your colleagues.
  • Setting micro and macro goals to change the perspective of your employees mental health and your own.
