Kelly recently completed her interview process and has been approved by the BCA Board of Advisors. Kelly will now be recognized as an official Decision Maker under the MacCord Family Builders membership.
Kelly and her dad went into the business over 10 years ago. She started in the field as a teenager. Kelly built her first house out of leftover lumber, windows and nails that her dad had in his storage barn when she was 8 years old.
When Kelly was 25, her dad put her back into the field, framing and hanging drywall. She soon learned that she could help the clients even more by aiding them with their budget, selections and helping to design their spaces.
Kelly currently does all of the 3D kitchen and bathroom renderings for the clients. You’ll often find her manning the showroom in Lederach (Skippack) or out shopping with their clients. Kelly also manages quality control with the crew and runs the office. Kelly’s true passion lies in bringing their clients dreams into reality.

A vital part of the BCA culture is creating a safe comfortable environment where business leaders, the owners and CEOs of companies (“Decision Makers”), can build relationships with their peers. In order to maintain our integrity as a decision maker organization, we vet this aspect during our membership interview process. If a change in leadership occurs within a current BCA Member company, the new leadership also gets vetted by our Board.
