A huge thank you to Joe Gaglioti of Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa and Salon, who hosted yesterday’s BCA Roundtable. The topic of Family Business is very relevant to our BCA Members. Thanks to all the thoughtful discussion at yesterday’s Roundtable from the BCA Members in attendance. A good point was made concerning hiring a non-family member, “hire for attitude and train for skill” in order to maintain the quality of environment. The conclusion was nearly unanimous that having a clear, and flexible succession plan is key! Thank you for believing in relationships and contributing to the BCA Braintrust!
