It was a great morning at the January BCA Hospitality Breakfast. Special thank you to Mori Taheripour for her talk on negotiation! Some take-a-ways:

It was also great to experience Modrn Sanctuary’s Oxygen and Aromatherapy Bar, and learn some breathing techniques to help get centered before any negotiation.
