Nicole Marcum Rife, Team Owner of Rife Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Real Estate, is proud to announce and welcome Kay Pugh as the company’s Director of Sales. Pugh will be responsible for sales team leadership, driving sales, contributing in product and vendor relations, as well as serving as Relationship Ambassador for Business Clubs America.
Kay joins the team with nearly a decade of real estate experience specializing with relocation from Center City to the suburbs of Philadelphia, from the Main Line to Chester County. As a top-producing agent, Kay has personally participated in more than 200 transactions and looks to continue development of her and the teams’ expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all matters regarding homeownership.
“I am thrilled to be the Director of Sales for Rife Real Estate Group. My entire career has been spent with people, helping them achieve their real estate goals. I look forward to continuing to cultivate the team’s relationships internally and with our all of our clients,” says Pugh.

Kay is heavily involved with Suburban West Realtors Association (SWRA) where she chairs the Young Professionals Group and serves on the Board for Suburban Realtors Alliance (SRA). She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR) and a contributor to the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC). Kay lives with her husband and two adorable boys in Delaware County, PA.
