October 9, 2025 – BCA Philadelphia, LLC, the pioneer in Relationship Marketing, is honored to announce the addition of Matthew Hein, Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at Firstrust Bank, to the BCA Board of Advisors.
Matthew’s journey with Firstrust is rooted in his deep connection to the Philadelphia community. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of the bank’s founder, he joined Firstrust to make a greater impact on his hometown after 15 years with larger, super-regional banks. Since then, Matthew has been instrumental in leading the organization through an era of significant growth, innovation, and resilience—culminating in his promotion to Chief Banking Officer.
As Chief Banking Officer, Matthew oversees Firstrust’s small business, SBA, and business lending divisions, along with community banking, treasury management, and commercial deposits. A career banker dedicated to cultivating prosperity for customers, employees, and the communities they serve, Matthew embodies the relationship-first mindset that defines both Firstrust and BCA.
