Climbing Kilimanjaro Climb Fundraiser
As a part of their Spotlight, we are helping We Love Philly raise awareness for their Kilimanjaro Climb Fundraiser, for which our own Keith Baldwin.
One Art Community Center and We Love Philly are working together to raise $500,000 to acquire two acres of land in West Philly to grow their transformative community. HDO Architecture has volunteered their professional expertise and services for the proposed expansion and development. Stakeholders, including Carlos Aponte, Malaika Gilpin, and Keith Baldwin will climb Mount Kilimanjaro in January 2025 to support this project.
ABOUT WE LOVE PHILLY
We Love Philly teaches students how to navigate complex emotional stressors, connects students with local entrepreneurs and business owners to gain expertise, and helps students to create their own brand. Supporting children and youth to reach their full potential. We Love Philly provides holistic transformative education to underserved youth by providing students autonomy through positive community experiences and the learning of essential professional skills.
