- The position of Chairman of the Board is currently held by a BCA officer. The Chairman of the Board is responsible for the management, development and effective performance of the Board of Advisors, and provides leadership to the Board for all aspects of the Board’s work.
- An individual, not a company, holds the Board seat. This seat is non-transferable.
- The Board size will generally reflect the number of current members (every 10 members = 1 Board seat).
- Open Board seats are filled via nomination and vote by current Board
