2021 SCENARIO OPERATING GUIDELINES

BCA COVID-19 Plans

Our top priority remains keeping our members and guests healthy and safe. In continuing with our “abundance of caution” policy, we have established the following scenarios which will guide our operations throughout 2021. BCA is headquartered in the City of Philadelphia, therefor we will monitor and utilize Philadelphia dataa.

SCENARIOS


If any of the listed criteria are met, BCA will move UP to that scenario. BCA will not move DOWN any scenario until all criteria are met. Scenarios may change at any time, therefore we may be forced to alter our operations without prior warning.

SCENARIO #1
CRITERIA
  • Daily Infection rateb is higher than 4,000
  • Positive COVID-19 percentage is 9 percent or higher
  • Hospitalization ratec is higher than 400 (100)
  • Overall risk remains at “High risk of community transmission”
  • REQUIRES
  • All experiences are held virtually.
  • No in-person gatherings of any type (official experiences, meetings, etc)
  • SCENARIO #2
    CRITERIA
  • Daily Infection rateb remains lower than 4,000
  • Positive COVID-19 percentage remains lower than 9%
  • Hospitalization ratec remains under 400 (50)
  • Overall risk is “High risk of community transmission”
  • REQUIRES
  • Indoor in-person gathering to be smaller than 5pp
  • Outdoor in-person gatherings smaller than 25pp
  • Standard COVID Guidelines* are met
  • SCENARIO #3
    CRITERIA
  • Daily Infection rateb remains lower than 1,000
  • Positive COVID-19 percentage remains lower than 6%
  • Hospitalization ratec remains under 100 (25)
  • Overall risk is “Low risk of community transmission”
  • REQUIRES
  • Indoor in-person gathering to be smaller than 50pp
  • Outdoor in-person gatherings smaller than 200pp
  • Standard COVID Guidelines* are met
  • SCENARIO #4
    CRITERIA
  • Daily Infection rateb remains lower than 600 Positive
  • COVID-19 percentage remains lower than 3%
  • Hospitalization ratec remains under 10 (3)
  • Overall risk is “Low risk of community transmission”
  • REQUIRES
  • Indoor in-person gathering to be smaller than 200pp
  • Outdoor in-person gatherings smaller than 500pp
  • Standard COVID Guidelines* are met

     Two-week average of COVID-19 positives
     Current Hospitalizations (New Weekly Admissions)

    * Standard COVID Guidelines:

    • Current State and Local guidelines must be met
    • There shall be no contact between attendees
    • Locations must be able to accommodate attendees with space for at least 6’ distancing to be observed
    • At least 6’ distance must be observed at all times
    • Face masks must be worn (only permitted to be removed when eating or drinking)
    • The COVID Comfort Level wristbands must be worn at all official BCA Experiences and must be respected
