Labor Day weekend took an unexpected turn for my family when our kitchen cabinets fell off the wall, leaving us in a state of disaster. However, what could have been a prolonged ordeal turned into a heartwarming experience thanks to the incredible support and expertise of the BCA community.
First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Brian Horowitz, who guided us through the complex process of dealing with the insurance claim. His knowledge and patience were invaluable during this stressful time.
Jack MacCord played a crucial role by putting together a detailed estimate to submit to the insurance. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured that we had everything we needed to move forward.
Kelly MacCord was instrumental in helping my wife design the kitchen of our dreams. Her creativity and understanding of our needs resulted in a design that we absolutely love.
Jack’s Crew brought the design to life with their exceptional craftsmanship. Their dedication and hard work transformed our vision into reality, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Finally, a big thank you to Ray’s Appliance for helping us find the last few pieces to complete the job. Their assistance was the final touch that made our kitchen perfect.
My family and I are overjoyed with how our new kitchen turned out, and we couldn’t have done it without the collective efforts of these amazing BCA members. Thank you all for coming together and turning a disaster into a beautiful new beginning.
