BCA Announces our July speaker, Former Hard Rock International Executive, Jim Knight! @KnightSpeaker

BCA is proud to announce that we have selected Jim Knight to be the speaker next month on July 22nd.  Knight started out in the hospitality business working as a staff level position at Olive Garden and Hard Rock Cafe. Fast forward a few years, he then became the head of the School of Hard Rocks. During this time he managed and contributed to all aspects of organizational training which includes staff and management training materials and programs, the corporate university, management training locations, company e-Learning initiatives, leadership transitions, and on-site training and assessment. Known as “The Transformer”, Knight is a Business Culture Catalyst, Former Hard Rock International Executive & Author of Culture That Rocks! He is an expert in transforming the culture of businesses and is confident in the fact that his strategies that work to maintain good relationships with other employees ultimately enhances business outcomes.

With his energetic, outgoing personality and his exciting ability to entertain yet deliver these thought provoking insights on all sides of the spectrum for organizational culture, customer service, employee branding, building teams, performance management, philanthropy and facilitation training, he transforms businesses to rejuvenate them into a more strong employee culture approach. Not to mention, he has been recognized and awarded many times through out his career including: recognition in the Top 125 training companies in the world in the Training Magazine, a Gold Best in Class Award in eLearning from Brandon Hall’s Excellence in Learning and his Hard Rock team won multiple video Telly Awards.
