Maintaining your health and safety remains our top priority. We understand everyone has a different level of comfort, but we still want you to have every opportunity to maintain your relationships and participate in BCA activities. We’ve created three attendance options for our BCA experiences. The attendance option will be displayed directly on the event web page. See description of options below.
HYBRID ATTENDANCE
Whenever possible, our priority is to offer both an in-person and virtual attendance option. We call this our Hybrid Attendance. Every attendee will be able to chose whether they’d like to participate in-person or virtually.
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE
COVID has forced the addition of Virtual experiences. Virtual experiences are fully on-line, no in-person attendance. Every attendee will participate via their own computer or device. Virtually links will be sent to each confirmed attendee.
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE
In-person attendance is what we are all used to. Every attendee will participate physically in-person at the event. Full in-person attendance is used only when virtual attendance is not an option (such as our golf outing)
