Embarq Creative, a leading exhibit design firm and a BCA Member, is hiring a Full Time Bookkeeper/Office Admin. Embarq Creative.

Responsibilities for Bookkeeper:
• Daily accounting duties including but not limited to: A/R, A/P, GL, sales orders, invoicing, billing, petty cash, credit card payments.
• Working knowledge of taxation issues and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Monthly reconciliations, including bank, credit card and vendor statements, as well as quarterly and year end reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly Sales and Use Tax Returns.
• Prepare weekly / monthly financial statements

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
• Accounting/bookkeeping: minimum 3-5 years
• Associate’s degree or higher in accounting or related field, preferred
• HR & payroll experience a plus
• Deep understanding of Excel

Job Type:
