“Hi Friends,
6abc is partnering with Philabundance , the Garces Foundation, and others to provide free meals to local restaurant workers who have been dramatically affected by the pandemic. We will be using the power of 6abc, Action News, and our FYI franchise to bring attention to this critical issue and to raise money through the public.
All donations go to Philabundance. We will be able to provide a meal for just $4. 6abc is handling all media and also donating $2500. Along with other partners we are closing in on $15K. I’m hoping we can raise a lot more to help our restaurant workers.
