February 21, 2014, Philadelphia, PA- BCA Philadelphia, LLC today announced the appointment of Mary Pat Kessler as Director of Member Relations, Strategic Relationship Marketing Specialist.
Mary Pat’s principle role will be to drive success for the exclusive members of BCA; strategically helping them to achieve their professional goals through Relationship Marketing. Above all else, her top priority is to serve the distinguished membership.

Mary Pat has had an illustrious and diverse thirty year career as a teacher, coach and insurance broker. She is an exceptional businesswoman who advocates for and celebrates the accomplishments of others.
Most recently, Ms. Kessler served as Vice President of Willis Human Capital Practice in Radnor, PA. Prior to Willis, Ms. Kessler was the President of MP Connects, a Philadelphia- based business development firm, was a Vice President of Employee Benefits at The Benefit Solutions Group USI Affinity, the Director of Business Development at Brown & Brown, an account executive for AETNA and a Group Manager for Prudential Insurance in Washington, DC. In the workplace, she is viewed as passionate, energetic, diligent, persistent, strong, honest and intelligent. She is a true leader and according to one former colleague, “Mary Pat is the best connector that I have ever seen in business.”
Ms. Kessler also has an affinity for helping and nurturing others and spent 7 years as a physical education teacher at Wyncote Academy and a coach and fitness director at the Abington YMCA. Mary Pat made a definite impression upon those she taught and coached and as a result she was able to increase student participation in after school activities and helped to strengthen summer day camp and fitness programs for hard to reach populations.
Ms. Kessler’s knowledge and business acumen extend beyond the for-profit business industry as evident by the number of non-profit organizations to which she lends her expertise in the areas of business operations, fundraising, marketing and public relations, board development and programming. Currently she is a volunteer for the American Cancer Society’s Coaches vs. Cancer Gala Executive Committee, the Arthritis Foundation, the Southeastern PA and Southern NJ American Diabetes Association, the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia, Gift of Life/Organ Donation Family House and the Chestnut Hill College Alumni Association. Mary Pat received the prestigious 2012 Woman on the Move Award given by the National Arthritis Foundation.
Ms. Kessler is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and resides in Abington, PA with her husband Jack Kessler and her two daughters, Joan and Patricia.
