Since springing into action in 2016 with our very first JDog franchise, Rob has been on a mission to redefine the junk removal industry with his unwavering commitment to respect, integrity, and trust. With twenty franchises now flourishing across South Eastern Pennsylvania and North East Florida, it’s safe to say that Rob’s dedication knows no bounds.
But here’s what sets JDog apart from the rest: their heartfelt pledge to support veterans and give back to the communities they serve. By prioritizing the hiring of veterans and championing initiatives that promote recycling, repurposing, and donations, JDog isn’t just clearing out clutter—they’re making a positive impact on people’s lives.

That’s right—long before pickleball became the sensation it is today, Rob was already sharing his love for the game with his students.
With over two decades of leadership experience under his belt—as a veteran, teacher, coach, and business owner—Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the BCA Family. And it’s no surprise that he comes recommended by another Veteran Leader, Alex Archawski of Sales Evolution.
