Working on an exclusive contingency basis, they place HR positions ranging from CHRO, HR Director, Business Partner, Recruiter, to Compensation and Benefit professionals. This ensures that clients work exclusively with them for a fixed period to find the ideal candidate. Additionally, The Rosen Group excels in placing HR professionals in contract or temporary positions to meet client needs arising from leaves of absence, volume spikes, or special projects.
ABOUT SCOTT ROSEN
Scott Rosen, the Founder & President, has managed The Rosen Group since 1995, transforming it into a leading staffing firm specializing in HR. Scott’s extensive background includes 20 years in corporate America, with roles in operations management at Prudential and Cigna and HR management at Reliance Insurance Company, Travelers Mortgage, and GE Capital. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Rider University and currently resides in New Jersey.
Scott’s love of adventure and diverse interests make him a vibrant addition to our community. He has trekked to the Annapurna Base Camp, hiked in Patagonia, rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, and attended 50 Grateful Dead concerts. His passions include travel, all type of music- live and recorded, biking and hiking.
