Marcia enjoys pickleball, hiking, exploring the beach, trying new cuisines, savoring fine wine and martinis, and spending time in Sea Isle City, a place close to her heart. She is also a fierce advocate of empowering female entrepreneurs. Her passion for empowering others also shines through her nonprofit organization, ShadowHer, which equips female entrepreneurs with essential business skills.
