With almost 40 percent growth in the last three years, David Neff, President & CEO of Neff Associates, credits the agency’s success to strong relationships and the ability to stay ahead of an ever-evolving field.
“The key to our success is the strong relationships that we’ve taken the time to build with our clients, potential clients and internally with one another,” said Neff. “In tandem with that, we’ve had to restructure several times to incorporate new technology and services, and grow along with the industry.”
While many industry leaders are moving towards a certain specialization, Neff Associates made the strategic decision early on to become and remain a fully integrated agency, saving clients time and resources along the way. Over the years, the agency has had to adjust and introduce new capabilities in order to keep all services in-house.
The biggest adjustments and growth came with the introduction of digital services such as web design and development, digital marketing and media buying, and social media. Most recently, Neff Associates also built an in-house photography studio to handle advanced creative needs, and hired a talented photographer and videographer.

The agency also increased ridership for the Philly PHLASH by 63 percent with the launch of a new mobile site, and increased attendance for the Atlantic City Power Boat Show by 30% for nine consecutive years, making it the fastest growing boat show in the world. The branding and design for locally based Artisan’s Cellar also garnered the agency the high honor of a feature in Print Magazine’s Design Annual.
