OMNIA Group Architects is looking for a trustworthy, dynamic full time Office Manager!
Responsibilities
- Support Office Staff, Manage Office Needs
- Serve as Point Person for: Client reception, Building, Mail, supplies, training, Technology, and equipment related issues. Coordinate IT, voice and office equipment service and issues.
- Assist Principals with schedule, organization, meetings
- Assist Billing Manager and Controller with staff time management, billing, payables and payroll.
Qualifications
- Experience in a professional office setting
- Good people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting system
