OMNIA Group Architects is looking for a trustworthy, dynamic full time Office Manager! 


  • Support Office Staff, Manage Office Needs
  • Serve as Point Person for: Client reception, Building, Mail, supplies, training, Technology, and equipment related issues.  Coordinate IT, voice and office equipment service and issues.
  • Assist Principals with schedule, organization, meetings
  • Assist Billing Manager and Controller with staff time management, billing, payables and payroll.


  • Experience in a professional office setting
  • Good people skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting system
