Leo Addimando is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Alterra Property Group, LLC (“Alterra”). Through his 20+ years as a real estate entrepreneur and investor, Leo has gained extensive experience with a diverse range of real estate product types, acquired industrial properties in 30+ US States, closed over $3B of real estate transactions, and acquired or developed over 4,000 urban, upscale residential units. In addition to raising over $2B of equity capital during that time, Leo has structured dozens of complex transactions, and overseen all aspects of numerous residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate development projects and investments.

Currently, in his role at Alterra, Leo oversees management of the firm, provides overall vision and leadership to the company, serves on its Investment Committee along with his two partners, raises capital, overseas residential, mixed-use, and industrial development, and guides the firm’s overall investment strategy. And, while the firm has grown significantly over the last 20 years, Leo remains committed to Alterra’s people and maintaining its culture of hard work, integrity, teamwork, creativity, and perseverance.
Previous to his career in real estate, Leo was an early employee of Orbitz.com, helping the company to develop ancillary revenue streams, the profitability of which contributed to the company’s successful IPO in 2003. Before working at Orbitz, Leo worked as an Associate for the Boston Consulting Group.

Leo has an MBA from the Harvard Business School (“HBS”) and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a board member and recent past President of the Building Industry Association (“BIA”) of Philadelphia, an Advisory Board member for the Port of Philadelphia, and a member of YPO.

Leo is married to Brigitte Castaing Addimando (HBS ’05), has three children (Nico, Marcus, Sophie) and in his spare time enjoys spending time with family, exercise, golf, attending live sporting events, and travel.

Ron Caplan, President, PMC Property Group

A native of New England, Ron Caplan studied business management at Northeastern University before relocating to the Philadelphia area and launching his career in real estate development. In 1978, what started with the purchase of several single-family homes soon expanded into a collection of multi-unit housing ventures located throughout the city of Philadelphia. Ron founded PMC Property Group (then called Philadelphia Management Company) in 1981 when the number and size of his properties had grown robust enough to require the services of a management company. Since that time, Ron has also assembled a general-contracting division within PMC Property Group, making the company a full-service developer focused on adaptive-reuse projects spanning the East Coast. Known for a skillful attention to details, Ron takes a detailed, personal approach to overseeing PMC’s extensive real estate holdings and the company’s future growth. Under his strategic direction, the company has become the largest owner/operator of rental units in the city of Philadelphia.

Bill Glazer, CEO, Keystone

Bill founded Keystone in 1991. In the three decades since, the company grew across exigencies, markets, product types, and capital strategies, evolving from an entrepreneurial real estate services provider into a fully integrated development and investment company. Bill has invested in and developed over 12 million square feet of real estate in billions of dollars of transactions using multiple investment structures. He inspires a hard-charging corporate culture with a focus on reinvention, placemaking, and adapting to the future of real estate in innovative and, sometimes, unexpected ways.

Bill’s professional affiliations include the Young President’s Organization and Wharton School’s Zell Lurie Real Estate Center. He is the recipient of many awards, including the Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence, the Philadelphia Business Journal’s CEO of the Year Award, and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
