How do you build brand and create loyalty? A lot of great discussion around this topic that I hope shed light on this topic for which there is no ‘magic bullet’. Some take-a-ways:
- You have to constantly be building relationships showing passion and gaining trust
- Focus groups can certainly help
- Create brand advocate and give them tools to go out and spread the word
- Knowledge sharing in a creative way
- Build experiences
- Use existing/past clients
- Partner with synergistic companies
