Member-to-Member “Shout Out”

My family and I spent the night in Ft. Lauderdale on our way to Bimini (Bahamas) a few weeks ago. We were looking for a place for dinner on Saturday night and remembered Cuba Libre opened a location nearby. We decided to call at 5 pm to get a reservation, but unfortunately they didn’t have a table for us since it was so late. I decided to text Larry Cohen to see if he could help and within 2 minutes of my initial text he responded and within 7 minutes we had a table for 4 at 8 pm, the height of their busy night of the week. I want to thank Larry for the his quick response and helping out his fellow BCA member in making the night a special one for my family.
What a beautiful place Cuba Libre, Ft. Lauderdale is. The Atmosphere was fantastic, food and service were great as always. This location opened in April 2021 and from what I hear, it’s very busy most nights from those I spoke to. If you are ever in Ft. Lauderdale I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.
