A shout out to Marc Franzoni. As many know, I am a Disney nut. Jodi and I recently decided to sell some of our DVC points and buy others. The representative of the resale company had suggested we would not need title insurance. Being skeptical I reached out to Marc over the weekend. He responded almost immediately and was able to give me enough information to determine that the information provided by the reseller was accurate. Marc thank you for the peace of mind!
