“This Shout-out is to say how much I appreciate the help and expertise from several BCA members in assisting my wife and I in getting a vacation home at the Jersey Shore.
We began a search with a haphazard and less than satisfying array of realtors, all of whom were not getting our requirements straight. Speaking about this to Larry Cohen one day he exclaimed, “you gotta use my guy.” Well as we all know, when Larry says he “has a guy” then you’d be foolish not to follow that path. We did and I must say this realtor couldn’t have been a more caring, more informed & more patient person. Turns out he showed us a place that wasn’t even listed yet and we felt it was perfect.
Then enter Wendy Monaco and Allied Mortgage. With one phone call from me Wendy was on the case & secured us a mortgage rate that was far more attractive than what was being advertised. From there, Wendy’s expertise and special care really was apparent. She guided us through the whole process, letting us know how to prepare in order to avoid any delays.
Her expert guidance and Allied’s easy to use portal for uploading sensitive financial and other information resulted in smooth sailing to settlement. At the settlement table, Wendy took the lead and brought the deal to conclusion without a hitch.
A mortgage is not all you need, of course, so enter Marc Franzoni and Commonwealth Agency. Marc and his team did all of the title detail work and delivered on time and as expected. Commonwealth was very flexible and accommodating. Suffice to say, I don’t believe any other agency would have worked to make it so easy on me as Commonwealth did.
All in all, the purchase of our first vacation home was a resoundingly positive and smooth experience and I am certain that I owe a large part of that to this great team of BCA professionals. Thanks Larry, Wendy & Marc – you are the best!!”
