Amazing evening Championing Equity with the Equity Transformation Team and their guests.
Tonight we gathered those who are leading the movements for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the greater Philadelphia region. The Equity Transformation Team is committed to transforming the BCA community and their own companies to be more equitable and diverse, and tonight was a great step toward that.
Our goal for the evening was to establish collaboration between the leaders in our community who are engaged in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts. Our hope is that we can all learn from each other and find ways we can all help each other. so please share any feedback or comments you have on how we can do better.
