- Newly redesigned nutrition label – the new nutrition labels on packaging specify how many grams of added sugar is contained per serving. Now you can tell how much of the total sugar contained in the product is naturally occurring vs. how much was added!
- Potassium – a mineral many individuals are low in, is now required to be included on nutrition labels. Did you know sweet potatoes contain more potassium than a banana?!
- Grab-n-go protein bars – these can be great fuel when you're on the go but protein shouldn't be the only factor in what you choose. The amount of fiber, carbs, and sugar also need to be taken into consideration for total nutrition density!
