A big thank you goes to the Haefele Flanagan team for hosting last week’s BCA Roundtable. The topic, Business Exit Planning, created some very informative and eye opening conversations. The group agreed that it is never too soon to start your exit planning and that it can easily take up to three years to successfully execute a plan. The discussion surrounded taking an outside look to value your company, as well as having a long term plan and never be afraid to Ask for Help!
